CMR Estates has an ongoing industrial estate development at Redruth, Cornwall. Development is now almost complete at CMR's 7 acre Parc Erissey Industrial Estate at Redruth which comprises some 38,750 sq. ft in 20 industrial/warehouse units ranging in size from 1,000 sq. ft to 7,500 sq. ft with a blue chip covenant, and a modern coal yard (leased to the Cornish Group subsidiary) and there remains some c.2 acres with planning consent for a further 16,000 sq. ft for further development.

Typical of our development projects, was CMR Estates acquisition of a fine example of a late 19th Century semi-detached town house with Bath stone façade in Clifton, Bristol for refurbishment. Tyndalls Court, a 4,250 sq. ft office building was successfully let and sold on to an offshore investment company.

In a joint venture with Bristol & England Properties Ltd., CMR successfully completed the development of the 57,500 sq. ft Portbury Distribution Park situated at junction 19 of the M5 motorway, (close to the Royal Portbury Dock).
