Visits to, and regular dialogue with, most of the key coal producers throughout the world are our lifeblood. China, Vietnam, Australia, Indonesia, Poland, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Russia, the Baltic States, America and South America are amongst our routine calls!

This is to ensure existing supply lines are functioning properly and will continue to deliver consistent product. Our sourcing activities also provide advance knowledge of the development of any new coal deposits and export terminals, which may be of interest to our customers. The importation of trial loads to assess new products and monitor the consistency of existing supplies is standard practice.
